A Great Base for exploring Pembrokeshire

A customer who stayed at 4* Lamphey Court Hotel in Tenby - Nr wrote this review.

Lamphey Court Hotel is as luxurious as the brochure description. However the staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere is one of a relaxed country house. Food is imaginative, locally sourced and varied. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Pembrokeshire. Tenby is the typical picturesque seaside town. The wide sandy bay is surrounded by neat colour washed houses . There is an excellent large car park close to the town. From there you can either take the free bus to the beach and harbour or walk the short distance into the town. The gardens above the beach are perfect for sitting and admiring the views down into the harbour and out to sea. You can visit Caldey Island by boat. There are plenty of pubs and cafes in the town to satisfy any appetite and interesting and varied shops and galleries to explore.
