Welsh Prom Weekend

My wife and I spent two nights at the Parc Hotel in central Cardiff. Beautifully refurbished, excellent service and friendly staff. Walking distance to all central attractions. Proms were great fun and well performed, even for non-Welsh! We attended the penultimate and the last night of these prom concerts. The orchestra, the Royal Philarmonic, and the soloists were brilliant. Will go again. Guide at Castle was excellent and fount of knowledge. Bus tour curtailed by Cardiff half marathon but great anyway. Most enjoyable time had by both of us.

Most Enlightening Visit to Cardiff

cardiff people are warm, friendly and very helpful. Cardiff has so much to offer. it is so diverse. lots to see and do, shopping, eating out, etc. Cardiff has the most beautiful breathtaking old buildings, a city with architectual splendor, a great place to visit.

Fantastic vibrant City with plenty of sites to see and shopping until your dropping. Cardiff bay is terrific with new waterside feature in abundance The City is being transformed and i am sure that on completion in 2010 will be one of the major city breaks in the UK

Night Out In Cardiff To See Dolly !

The night was started just as it should be so thanks to The Parc Hotel, a glass of champagne upon registration set the tone for evening! The staff are an asset to their business and certainly would mean that I book again when I visit Cardiff again.
