A popular choice amongst the Welsh seaside resorts, Llandudno is dominated by the Great Ormes Head, a huge limestone hillside at the end of the peninsula. It offers good shopping, the North Wales Theatre and of course wonderful beaches.

Short Break in Llandudno

A customer from Stafford who stayed at 4* St George's Hotel in Llandudno wrote this review.

Not happy with the room given. Booked a twin room, but was given double & single beds with disabled facilities, which neither myself or my friend are! We complained but as there was a wedding was told no other rooms available.

Surprise in Llandudno

A customer who stayed at 2* Grand Hotel Llandudno 3/4 night stay in Llandudno wrote this review.

Despite many adverse reviews about the Grand we were amazed that people could be so negative. Great location, clean and tidy, good food with plenty of choice, plenty of entertainment, pleasant and helful staff and superb value for money. Dining room windows could do with a bit of a clean but other than that no complaints. Age profile is predominantly over 50's but they do know how to enjoy themselves, not up all night but around 1.00am things were getting pretty quiet. Beaumaris is a world heritage village a couple of miles from the Menai Bridge, definately worth a visit. Bangor is getting a much needed upgrade and Conwy is interesting without being too touristy. Llandudno with the Great Orme and two fantastic picturesque bays is ideal for a break. Good shops, cafes and an excellent theatre which amazingly did not have any performances on at the weekend.

Grand Hotel Llandudno

A customer from Merseyside who stayed at 2* Grand Hotel Llandudno 3/4 night stay in Llandudno wrote this review.

Excellent weekend break. Hotel faultless. Only problem was parking but this is a Llandudno problem rather then a hotel problem. We will be back.

A Mini Break in Llandudno

A customer who stayed at 2* Grand Hotel Llandudno in Llandudno wrote this review.

The resort was very impressive, perfect location for anyone who may have mobility difficulties. It has a level, wide promenade which is convenient for both walkers and visitors with prams or wheelchairs. Our hotel overlooked the bay providing views along the promenade, beach and over to the Little Orme. Great location for touring the many attractions in North Wales.
