Traditional Afternoon Tea on arrival. 4-course Candlelit Mediaeval Banquet with entertainment. Mulled Wine and Mince Pies are served warm before Midnight Mass (details of which will be available within your room) or before retiring in wait for Father Christmas - remember to tell him where you'll be!
Thursday 25 December
Full Welsh Breakfast. In the morning there's time to open your parcels or build up an appetite exploring the mediaeval town centre of Ruthin or the gardens of the castle before enjoying our 5 course Traditional Christmas Lunch. The afternoon is ideal for watching the Queen's speech, or taking a quick catnap in front of the open fires. Gala Buffet Dinner is served with a background of gentle Welsh harp music.
Friday 26 December
Continental Breakfast. A leisurely day before the evening's entertainment or perhaps you would prefer a drive to historic Chester with its many shops? Or a drive into Snowdonia or to the riverside town of Llangollen? Pre-dinner glass of Champagne with canapes before enjoying dinner at your leisure within the award winning Bertie's Restaurant accompanied by live musical entertainment
